At KM Sports & Fitness, We believe that exercise isn’t just about how it makes you look, but also how it makes you feel. We are a family oriented facility that specializes in HIIT-Bootcamp Classes and Youth Strength and Conditioning Classes.

We have all the state-of-the-art equipment that other gyms offer – including gear for resistance training, cardio workouts, functional training and a multi-use stretch area. Our strength training area is perfect for everything from weight training for beginners to bodybuilding exercises for experienced exercisers, and for specific workouts.

Assessments and Fitness Orientations

All of our members get a fitness assessment which helps our staff evaluate your overall health and fitness, along with guidance geared towards your goals.

The fitness orientation is a walk through of our equipment to make sure you know the function, and purpose of the machines. Every member will also get access to our mobile app with a free 4 week plan.

Group Exercise Classes for everyone.

For those struggling to get motivated and start a fitness regimen, group exercise can be one time efficient and fun solution.

Our programs are designed to engage all individuals in activity that helps improve their performance and fitness.

With proper guidance and structure, our classes allow an individual to strengthen supporting muscles, even out muscle imbalances, increase mobility, correct posture, stabilize joints, learn new movement patterns and enhance coordination.

Here's what 1-on-1 Online Training and Fitness Coaching has to offer -

  • You can get fit based on your schedule and budget. Instead of you going to a trainer, have the trainer come to you, with all the benefits of an expert included.

  • It is extremely flexible with your schedule. In this busy world, getting healthy should be a priority. Online fitness coaching can work with your schedule.

  • You have a great selection of trainers. Depending on your personal preference, what you like to do, and any other specializations, you can choose the trainer that suits you.

  • You‘ll have complete access to your trainer. This is redefining the term “personal trainer”. Aside from the sessions, you might even be offered 24-hour support from your trainer, helping you whenever you need it the most.

  • You can count on them to keep you accountable. Instead of just someone who sees you when you walk in the gym, a personal trainer online can check in with you on a daily or a weekly basis to take a look at your progress. Not only does that give you an ample number of opportunities to ask any questions you may have, it also gives you the feedback, support, and motivation that you may need to stay on track.

  • You‘ll receive customized workouts for you. When most people think “online”, they think apps that display basic, traditional workouts. However, with an online personal trainer, you get all that online convenience but with a workout that your trainer made especially for you, taking prior injuries, surgeries, and limitations into account, which minimizes the risk of injury and maximizes the possibility of success.

Hydration & Recovery Treatment.

As you workout, your body breaks down and needs rest to help your muscles repair and grow. With advancement in the medical field, we now have multiple options available to help your body perform/recover as optimal as possible.

Hydration, vitamins, weight management IV and IM treatments are available through our licensed Registered Nurse.
